Our mission is to plant the roots to building family trees and change lives through pairing future parents and surrogates or egg donors that complement each other through the entire process of creating a family.
Family Tree Surrogacy Center, LLC is based out of San Diego, California and our staff has been helping families like yours for over 21 years in the United States and all over the world.
Our agency locates surrogate mothers and egg donors to pair with singles or couples with the desire to create and start building a family. Our goal is to find responsible egg donors with those ideal characteristics that you are looking for. We also strive to find healthy and responsible surrogates who wish to take part in giving the amazing gift of life to intended parents. We continuously update our database of egg donors and surrogates to ensure the best selections and matches are possible.
Many of our staff have over 18 years of experience and are educated in English, Spanish (Catalan) and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in order to communicate with ease through consultation, via Zoom, email or WeChat.

Meet Our Team
Family Tree Surrogacy Center has helped families like yours for 21 years in the United States and all over the world. Many of our staff are educated in English, Spanish (Catalan) and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in order to communicate with ease through a consultation, via Zoom Zoom, email or WeChat.
Prior to starting FTSC, Melinda was a surrogate and delivered boy/girl twins in 2011. Immediately after delivery she went to work in the surrogacy field as an Intake Coordinator, Surrogate Coordinator, Case Manager, and Director therefore she understands the importance of communication and support during the surrogate process. Melinda’s educational background is in Business Management and Legal Assistance. Melinda is married with 1 son and 3 stepchildren, all grown. Melinda enjoys walking, traveling and interior decorating. Language: English
Carlos joined FTSC in 2014 with 9 years of prior experience in surrogacy concierge service, legal translation, birth certificate and passport services, Intended Parent case management, and translation services for the entire process. Carlos’ previous background is in Construction and has a BS Degree in Business Administration and Business Management from Panama City, Panama. Carlos has 3 children and 1 stepson. His hobbies include traveling, basketball, history, and cooking. Language: English, Spanish
Jessica’s extensive experience in the surrogacy field, and having been a surrogate in 2021 and 2023, has given her the passion to help families fulfill their dream of having a baby. She and her husband and 3 children enjoy movies, board games, traveling, and building memories. Language: English.
Chelsea is a San Diego native and married with three amazing children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, sports, off-roading and everything outdoors. Chelsea’s family loves to vacation in tropical destinations. She has experience in Law Enforcement and an extensive education in Criminal Justice with degrees in Administration of Justice and Social & Behavioral Sciences as well as holds dual Forensic certificates.
One of her greatest accomplishments was having a surrogate baby in 2019. Chelsea truly enjoys helping people and is passionate about what she does and sharing her journey as a surrogate with others!
Verna brought her customer service, organizational and business skills to FTSC in 2017. She graduated with a BS in Management Science and continued taking online classes for Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. Verna is married with 3 children. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new scenery and restaurants. Verna also likes to dabble in design, gardening, baking, and growing personally and spiritually. Language: English, Tagalog.
